This class is in-person AND virtual...

"Hustle culture" represents achieving a desired goal through Community, Connection, Movement, and Fun. With this mindset, you can overcome obstacles, push past limitations, and achieve your full potential... and with consistency, practice, and effort - you can achieve anything you want. And we will do just that in #NoBetterHustle class!

The #NoBetterHustle helps us celebrate ALL the beautiful POWER we have & will continue to have… as long as we tap into it!

The virtual live stream and in-person class will be held weekly on Saturdays @ 5:00pm EST starting Sept 12, 2026 (class starts promptly @ 5:30pm). Class will be recorded, so please let us know if you prefer not to be on camera. Class location shared after purchase.

If you aren't able to join the class live stream or in person, the class recording will be posted on the FSTOW Online Portal after class for you to review and continue practicing! Once you know the hustle, be sure to post a video and tag @feelingstow and #NoBetterHustle on your socials so we can hype you up!
